My Story

 

At Mangia Cookies we are committed to making safe delicious milk, egg and nut free cookie dough and desserts that can be enjoyed with family and friends.


We use high quality ingredients in all of our cookie dough and desserts.  At Mangia Cookies we want everyone, most especially our children, to enjoy the simple pleasures in life.  Eat, Live and Share in all that life has to offer.


I created the Mangia Cookie dough company because I’m a busy working parent with two young children that have life-threatening allergies.  My children are allergic to milk, egg, peanuts and sesame.  They were unable to enjoy the many popular cookies on the market with their friends.  


After an exhaustive search, I realized that there was no company that had developed a ready made cookie dough that was free of the top four allergens.  Since I have always had a  passion for baking desserts, I decided to create my own cookie dough and bake desserts for my kids.  I shared my special baked desserts/cookies with family and friends during festivities with reassurance that my children would not have an allergic reaction to the desserts. 


Now I want to share my cookie dough and desserts with all of you!
